4. Booking & Session Terms

When you book a session through this website, you agree to the following:

Session fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours notice and are permitted one time per booking at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session fee. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire session. Beach Life Photography LLC reserves the right to end a session early due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within 24–72 hours of your session. Your gallery remains active for 30 days from delivery. Beach Life Photography LLC is not responsible for images that are not downloaded within that window.

6. Image Usage

Images delivered to you are licensed for your personal use only — including printing and sharing on personal social media. Images may not be sold, used commercially, altered, or repurposed without prior written permission. Beach Life Photography LLC retains full copyright of all images captured during your session.

7. Sharing of Images

Beach Life Photography LLC may use session images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes to showcase our work. We will never use your child’s full name in any public post, and images will never be sold or used in any way that compromises your child’s privacy or dignity. If you prefer your images remain private, please contact us at dina@beachlifephotos.com before your session date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beach Life Photography LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. In the event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances entirely outside our control that prevent image delivery, our liability is limited to a full refund of your session fee.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any linked sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms
